The program is 4 running sessions per week.
If you're looking to gain some serious Muscle & Strength, the Strength building program might just be what you need!
This program involves 5 weekly sessions and is divided into 3 phases over a period of 12 weeks. You'll be doing an upper body lower body split, followed by an arm workout at the end of the week.
Our (12 Week) Hybrid Program, is designed to help you achieve crazy fitness levels and build full body strength.
This program is designed to be a 5-day-per-week commitment that focuses on the four big lifts: bench, squat, deadlift, and overhead press. It's 3 blocks of 4 weeks.
